The 3-Point Plan set out in the document can be used to quickly and effectively train staff to be able to assist with and/or administer medicines in your organisation.
All courses are accredited by the RPS, endorsed by Skills for Care and tailored to the particular care setting staff will be working in.

Online Medicines Training
Online medicines training allows your redeployed, new or untrained staff to undertake our accredited medicines foundation courses, specifically tailored to their care setting.
Our e-learning courses are:
- Accredited by the Royal Pharmaceutical Society;
- Easily set up and allocated to staff members, as and when required
- Completed in approximately 2 hours on any web-based device
- Evidenced by a certificate of successful completion following an online assessment (received immediately)
- Assisted by an ‘Ask the Pharmacist’ feature to answer any questions or queries
Online Competency Assessments
Online competency assessments can be used to evidence competence of staff to the Regulator whilst providing you with peace of mind that skills learnt during foundation training can be applied in practice.
Our online competency assessments are:
- Accredited by the Royal Pharmaceutical Society;
- Easily set up and allocated to staff members, as and when required
- Completed in approximately 30 minutes - 1 hour on any web-based device
- Evidenced by a learning needs report (received immediately)
- Assisted by an ‘Ask the Pharmacist’ feature to answer any questions or queries
Distance Learning Workbooks
Not as keen on web-based learning?
We have distance learning workbooks that can be posted to you within 24 hours for staff to complete in their own time, from anywhere.
Assessments can be scanned or photographed and sent back to us electronically to avoid any unnecessary trips to the post office.
